Bio

Matthew (Matt) Bosworth received a Bachelors of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science from Florida State University, a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. At the Center for Advanced Power Systems Matthew works as an assistant in research and resource project manager for the power systems group under Dr. Mischa Steurer.

Research Interests:

Research interests include real-time simulation of power systems, hardware-in-the-loop experiments, and parametric analysis techniques for computing error in computationally expensive simulations, with a current focus on common-mode characterization of the 5 MW testbed at CAPS.
